>When running cvs.exe in .3 beta1, I get a loader error saying that >ssleay32.dll could not be found. >As far as I can tell, this dll is not part of the distribution... I had the same problem and not only the distribution lacks of ssleay32.dll but also of libeay32.dll. I downloaded this dll from the net to overcome the problem. Moreover I must point out another problem: I tried this new beta on a WinNT4.0 Sp6a workstation (logged as LOCAL administrator (the pc is in a NT domain)) and on a Win2K SP2 workstation stand alone (logged obviously as local administrator) and in both the installation the path to the service wasn't automatically added to the system path (no problem at all, I added manually) but (this problem stopped me with any further experiments) I cannot an initial repository: in both cases I always obtained an error message as follows. My command was : cvs -d :local:C:\STORAGE init Response was : cvs [init aborted]: Only the administrator can initializa new CVS stuff Thanks!
