Hi all, Maybe it seems a stupid question, but it gives me quite a headache: How do I create/change the HOME environment variable for the SYSTEM user? (or change temporarily HOME when starting cvsservice?)
Background: On my company PC the HOME variable seems to default to a network drive. Trying to checkout files gives a permission denied error for the ".cvsignore" file that is expected on the network drive. Full log from WinCVS "cvs server: cannot open h:/.cvsignore: Permission denied". WinCVS ignores this error, but cvs used through Eclipse doesn't :-( Thanks for any help in advance.
