Nope - followed it step by step. I did find that if I unchecked the "Use
local users instead of Domain" I no longer get the memory error. I unchecked
them to see if the error went away since everything else looked fine. This
is a testing server and is not part of a domain just a stand alone one.
But when unchecked I then get the first error I posted.
cvs [login aborted]: connect to192.168.0.99 (192.168.0.99):2401 failed: No
connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

That should never happen...  Anything special you did to the repository?
(besides the setup in Bo's website).
