I think I can help with one thing. The account that the service is started in needs permissions on the repository directories. I had removed "everyone" and added in my CVSAdmins and CVSUsers groups. I started getting an error accessig the config file.
Tony's answer to me was: >The initial read of CVSROOT is done as 'System' - it needs to check things >like the passwd file, the SystemAuth flag etc. before it can validate the >user. I then added SYSTEM with full control on the repository directory and things were OK. I suppose that creating a user with full control and starting the service with that user would achieve that same affect. -pkg _________________ Paul K Gleske HEIDELBERG 121 Technology Dr Durham, NH 03824 USA (603) 750-6151 _______________________________________________ Cvsnt mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.cvsnt.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/cvsnt
