I've done this recently. I had problems with corruption of the binary files (.fm,
.pdf, .zip). I had transferred the respository via a tar file from the linux box and
using winzip to open it up. This didn't work, although I was told later that there is
a switch in winzip that might make this work. I resolved it by directly ftp'ing the
whole respository from the linux box to the windows box without tar'ing it, directly
into the cvsnt tree--I didnt' use add or import.
