[Cvsnt] Trying to use a different port to connect

I'm trying to use a port other than the standard 2401 to connect to my
repository using pserver and thus far I have been unsuccessful. It appears
that no matter what I set the port to the server always wants to try to use
2401. Is this a bug in cvsnt  or in the CVS GUI and does anyone have a way
to work around it?
