[Cvsnt] Bad Auth responce from server

Hi folks

I've got a WinNT 4.0 Server that says something like
        Bad Auth response from server: BEGIN NTSERVER
When I try do do a
        Cvs -d :ntserver:host:/prj/repo get CVSROOT

The same works on the server itself.

Any hints?
