When attempting to perform step 8 from the CVSNT installation tips guide
typed in:
cvs passwd -a mwilliams
Received error message:
cvs [passwd aborted]: could not connect to named pipe on remote
machine : error 2
loaded latest version of CVSNT 1.11.1.3 build 57d, platform working on is a
WIN2000 system.
what could be the problem, it stated that the previous version encountered
password problems.
