I've installed cvsnt2.5.04-3236 When any user add file, I can
see in fileattr.xml that he get "watcher"-status automatically.
cvsntserver on linux & clients on windows XP(TortoiseCVS-1.10.9)
We don't use edit & watch.
>From the client sandbox:
cvs watch off

I do so - "cvs watch off " then add file. Again:
<file name="testwatch">
<watcher name="user"/>
There is no way switch off this fuctionality on the server side, isn't
it? It will be the best solution for this.
