Alright. Since I do have Cygwin installed as well, I opted for the CVSNT variable (instead of the CYGWIN one, which is already set) and it worked nicely. I set it to "CVSNT=nontsec nontea" and now it doesn't touch the ACLs anymore. Exactly what I wanted. It just inherits everything from the parent container(s).
