Eclipse requires version 1.3 or 1.4 of a Java 2 Standard Edition JRE.
The Eclipse SDK does *not* ship with a JRE.

Once you have installed a Java developer kit, you can use the -vm
command line argument to launch eclipse. For example, if you have
installed a Java developer kit in c:\jdk1.3, you can launch eclipse with
the following command line:
|eclipse.exe -vm c:\jdk1.3\bin\javaw.exe

What is the process for installing Linksys on Windows?
Eclipse 3.1 was just released the other day. So I downloaded the
.zip file and uncompressed it in my home folder. Now what? Is there
anything else? I didn't see an .MSI file nor a "setup.exe" file nor
anything similar. Nor was anything mentioned in the
readme_eclipse.html file. Very odd. Clearly I'm missing something.
