This is a bit simplified but the disk images are basically just files that vmware treats as disks. they are similar to mounting a file on loopback. Last I played with them the vmware images were about the same size as the files I put in them. so a full Xandros install would take about 1.2G. Minimal debian install about 50M (or something). - -- JT Morée PC Xperience, Inc. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.1 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Thunderbird - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFEII4uucZ4lMT2d5IRAjs5AJ9ZQLOHfDtsR+VhrWOKfNVE0G36WgCeJXnY bMYKV0l7r52l4i3waa7UHVI= =almc -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- This message has been scanned for viruses and dangerous content by MailScanner, and is believed to be clean.
