It seems to work fine now with the variable name fix, although to build a PyQt4 app I need to create two symlinks in my application source folder:
ln -s /Library/Frameworks/QtCore.framework ln -s /Library/Frameworks/QtGui.framework I can't work out how to use the bundle-iconfile option though. This is probably because my command line knowledge is limited!
