To summarise: bdist_mac gains an iconfile option, which should be the path
to an icns file. It will be copied to foo.app/Resources/icon.icns.
I've opted to remove the bundle-iconfile option - I doubt anyone was using
it, and having two similarly named options risks confusion. That's open to
discussion, though.
