At (long) last I was glad to discover that a rather useful option does work,
provided you enter it as "include_msvcr", and not as "include-msvcr"
as in cx_Freeze Documentation, sec. 3.1.2, pg. 9.Plus I realized that this same
possibly wrong format can be seen also in
cx_Freeze dist.py Module, class build_exe, line # 101.
