Another user reported the same issue in August, the solution was to add
cryptography and distutils to the package list:

I had no luck with that, tried to compile the last cryptography version
(from git master) as suggested on this thread:
https://github.com/pyca/cryptography/issues/1323
but I get the same traceback. The compiled
cryptography._Cryptography_xxxxx.pyd files get into the root of the package
but when I launch the program, it tries to build the module again.
Any hint is appreciated. I can dig into the code if necessary.
