Thomas I have no clue of where to find hooks.py, do you know what folder to 
start looking in?
I did a search for it in the python folder and find a hooks.py and edit it with 
a small t and ran it than ran my script again nothing change.
Will python 2-7-12 be better to practice with than python 3.5.2?

The link was to show you which line to look at. You need to find the copy 
installed on your own computer (the error message includes file paths) and open 
that in a text editor.
