Hi Sean,
You'll need to install a 32-bit version of Python and any libraries you
need, including cx_Freeze itself. If you use pip to install packages inside
a 32-bit Python, you should get 32-bit libraries automatically. When you
run cx_Freeze with a 32-bit Python, it should create a 32-bit application.
