It doesn't quite work that way. Adding users to the project in JIRA is just like adding users to the commit list for SVN. That is the reponsibility of the PMC's and the infrastructure group. It's not something we can just give someone the rights to do. Those who ARE in the cxf-developers group on JIRA can already do basic admin of the project including creating categories and versions, assign work, start/stop progress, etc.... However, it's up to the PMC's to get the people added after the accounts are created. If you can get a list of folks (their JIRA user ID) that are not yet in the cxf-developers group on JIRA and send that to Jason, that would be a big help to him. He can then "batch process" them all at once. Enjoy!
