It's not the seeing of the light that is the problem, it's the learning curve 
involved. I would love our team to be using maven, but our ant scripts sort of 
do a reasonable job, so we live with it to save extra dev costs.

Is it easier than I think ? (I can still remember the hours/days it took to get 
a nmake file to work with PVCS on a C++ project I did years ago).
