The AnnotationHandlerChainBuilder.buildHandlerChainFromClass() considers only
one handler chain. It is even mentioned in the following comment in the code:
//We expect only one HandlerChainType here
hc = (HandlerChainType)
handlerChainsType.getHandlerChain().iterator().next();
All handler chains need to be processed especially when @HandlerChain
annotation is specified on a generated javax.xml.ws.Service class, etc.
