How to reproduce:
1. ant war
2. ant deploy -Dtomcat=true
3. change the url to ${base.url}/helloworld/services/services/hello_world?wsdl
in buld.xml
4. test the url in browser
"http://localhost:8080/helloworld/services/services/hello_world?wsdl";, works
fine
5. ant client-servlet -Dbase.url=http://localhost:8080
