e.g.
wsdl refers to the WS-Addressing EndpointReferenceType
wsdl2java -nexclude
http://www.w3.org/2005/08/addressing=org.apache.cxf.ws.addressing ...
the generated code includes classes org.w3._2005._08.addressing.*
