Enclosed patch standardizes the Ant build text for the samples (except the JMS
ones, I did not get to cover those):
1.) Name of directory is generic in each file
2.) Where applicable, now all READMEs state to run "ant server" and "ant
client" in different command-line windows.
3.) Now all READMEs states that the client and server tasks also run build
(also removed "build" task from list)
Also, a few build.xml's had the wrong project name. I updated those.
