Enable HTTPSession & Session use

CXF has a Session interface available on the Exchange. There is also an
HTTPSession class available. However we have not fully wired these into CXF
yet. We should enable these so users can work with sessions.
Bonus points if someone is able to make it work based on WS-Addressing :-)
