missing jar file(s) in lib directory of 2.0 release or bad wiki page

Neither the tarball nor the zip file for the 2.0 binary distro includes
jsr181-api-1.0-MR1.jar. However,
http://cwiki.apache.org/CXF20DOC/writing-a-service-with-spring.html
calls for it. As I try to migrate some code from XFire, I find that my old
imports of javax.jws.Web* don't work, presumably because they need the Jsr181
jar file.
Either the wiki page is wrong, or the jar file is mia, or perhaps some other
Jar is relevant?
