Improved error messages from Willem's latest patch. Note invalide-engines.xml
is removed, replaced with identical invalid-engines.xml. Also check
JettyHTTPServerEngine.RetrieveListenerFactory() -- I moved the exception
handling to *before* obtaining the connectorFactory; also new exception
messages might not exactly state the problem.
Also, I have not tested these changes (I don't know Jetty), I just fixed the
writing.
