I have complied and run the callback sample on the server. The client is
correctly sending the wsdl and endpoint reference, however the
server seems to encounter null values when trying to parse the XML. I have
confirmed the XML is correct on transport and when entering
the WAS server. The problem looks to be with the parsing.
