With this patch, we are able to build 2 flavours WAR. one is full WAR, which
included all the jars in $WAR/WEB-INF/lib, the other is the minimum WAR that
did not include any jars.
by default, we generate the full WAR, I've tested this WAR against TOMCAT and
JBOSS, both worked fine, just simply copy the full WAR to the deploy folder.
