I added an @Ignored test case to EnglineLifecycleTest.java. With this test
turned on, the test will encounter bind errors and other evidence of confusion
and distress with the server lifecycle. Sadly, it does not demonstrate the
problem I was trying to demonstrate, which is a process that refuses to die.
