Restructure user guide wiki main page

The Wiki main page has grown quite large and is not very well structured. I
suggest a discussion about a new structure. If there is positive feedback the
main page could be changed.
I have created a new page and restructured some of the links:
http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CXF20DOC/Idea+for+new+Index
Feel free to move things around and discuss the changes here.
The main things I have done are:
- Move the most important Topics to the top (Overview, How-Tos, Frontends,
Databindings, Transports, Configuration, Tools)
- Move some topics to lower levels (WSDL Bindings, MTOM, JSON)
I am not sure about some moves I did. Are MTOM and JSON Databindings or more?
How do restful services fit in? Is Dynamic clients a kind of front end?
