Enabling mtom & schema validation for a jaws causes problems once
xsd:base64Binary is encountered. It appears that the schema validation is
applied to the mtom'd xml which will obviously fail schema validation. To my
mind if schema-vallidation & mtom are enabled then schema validation should
happen before the mtom step and not after.
