java2ws tooling is not fully merged to 2.0.x branch

Fix For: 2.0.4
most java2ws tooling ocde seems merged over, but not with bin script. The old
java2wsdl code is still under 2.0.x branch as well, including bin script. I
wonder if this kind of mixed state is intentional. If not, we might want to
fully merge over java2ws code for 2.0.4 release
