In JAXBSchemaInitializer, aroung line 332, is code that sets a type to have a
name but no qname, and then tries to look it up by name. I think it should be
given a fully qualified name, -- the schemas tns + the part local part. I'd
change it, I'd rather that Dan vetted the idea first.
