maomaode resolved CXF-1313.

Resolution: Fixed
After deep investigation, I found it's nothing to do the the StreamSource, the
reason actually is the Handlers in the chain consume the AttachementDataSource,
and then the InputStream is just gone.
We have to cache it somehow
