Aegis override-type feature isn't working for input items

The overrideTypes feature of Aegis is not working for inputs. While the type is
registered, it isn't in the right place, since it isn't in the correct xml2Type
map to be seen when reading a message over the wire.
I observed this in 2.1/trunk using JavaScript cases. I'm about to go create a
test case purely in the Aegis tree with the goal of making a fix that could
apply to 2.0.4.
