I see the problem, it's not working, becuase we don't have the DEFAULT wsdlRoot
specified as I commented before.
The testSourceRoot is there for a long time, I'm not sure when it was added,
but it has reasons in there.
And the resource is we use this infomation to tell the maven plugin to add the
'addTestCompileSourceRoot(testSourceRoot)'
You can see 'sourceRoot' in the testutils module.
Well, all in all, I think it's time to set a DEFAULT wsdlRoot now
