Fix Version/s: 2.0.4
I'm pretty sure this is now resolved:
For point 1: that wiki page has been updated with the proper form for the QNames
For point 2: the wiki page has also been updated to reflect that the proper
name is "endpointName", not "portName". "endpointName" is what is specified
in the schema.
