For the Server JAX-WS Provider example GreeterSoapMessageProvider[1], the
"invoke(SOAPMessage request)" method isn't working with the request object,
so the user has little idea how to interact with it--extract the SOAP body or
envelope, etc. A little bit more elaboration would be helpful.
