I think you just want to add the dependency of cxf bundle jar.
You can add the below snippet in your pom.xml

<dependency>
                        <groupId>org.apache.cxf</groupId>
                        <artifactId>cxf-bundle</artifactId>
                        <version>2.0.2-incubator</version>
</dependency>
