First post here -- I enjoy reading the messages and am thankful for
any advice -

I've created a Cyberboard game set for Through The Ages, which is now
posted on BoardgameGeek, in case anyone wants to try it out. It was
truly a labor of love! It's a fantastic game, but only 500 copies
were made, so it's tough to get -- although a reprint is in the works
for the fall.

Anyway, TTA is card-based. There is a mechanism where there is a
'Future Events' pool. Player's play cards from their hands into the
pool, and then when an event is required, a card is drawn at random
from that pool.

In order to implement this I created a tray called 'Future Events',
and players transfer cards from the trays representing their hands
into that pool. I set the Future Events pool to be 'Random Draw', but
players can still click on the cards in the pool and turn them over,
so they can see what the other players have placed in the pool (which
they are not supposed to know). So far, we've just been playing by
the honor method, but -- is there a way to set up a pool so that the
card cannot be turned over and only the back can be seen?

Thanks -

Geoff
