No, I use 10 and 12 point bold fonts on the counters, They are easy to read (ALOT easier than trying to read the regiment names on the actual counters!) Even using only 50 pixel hexes, at full scale, you only get about a 10x15 section of the board. I don't see how you could use full scale if you used any bigger hexes.
