Hmm, I just downloaded the 1.3MB file over a rather slow broadband modem connection, and it took less than a minute.
Try clearing out your Internet files cache and trying again. I don't think the problem lies outside your own connection/PC. Posting the base game program isn't necessary, and attachments are stripped.
