Mr. Weinshenker,

I have twice asked for this thread to be abandoned.

After the post quoted below you were placed on moderated status.

I have twice attempted to contact you via the hotmail address provided by
you. Both attempts were returned to me as "mailbox unavailable".

Until you can cease to fill the pending message box with continued posts on
this thread AND provide the moderators of this list with a working email
address, your posting privileges are suspended.

I apologize for bringing this into the public side, but I have exhausted my
efforts to reach you off list in regards to this matter.

For everyone...

I started this list over 8 years ago. In that time, this list has
succesfully avoided any words of anger or flame wars with minimal
interference from any list moderator. I would have liked to have seen that
continue. So, with that goal in mind, it is well within my purview as a list
moderator to declare a thread has outlived its usefulness. Although the
question of licensing was off topic by strict interpretation, I let it
continue in hopes it would die a natural death, but, the comments RE: GMT
and Gene Billingsly were clearly outside the bounds of gentlemanly behavior
we have come to expect on this mailing list, nor do they serve any purpose
for any discussion on this mailing list.

In short, neither I, Chris Fawcett, or Dale Larson as moderators of this
list will continue to tolerate disruptive behavior of this type on the
mailing list. This topic is done. The thread is done. Kindly do not risk
further administrative action by continuing.

Eric Miller
List Moderator
