[CBML] Request for gamebox - Tactics II

I presently own one or more of each issues of the game, Tactics II.  I 
would like to play around with it to learn the mechanics of 
CYBERBOARD.  I understand that it is held off net because of copyright 
issues.  What does anyone who has this gamebox need from me to obtain a 
copy of the creation by Mr. Larson?
