[CBML] Outreach Scenario Files?

Hi, I'm new to Cyberboard (and just getting into strategy games in
general, too), and have a gamebox for Outreach, but no scenario
files...Does anyone have one they could provide, or help me make one?
(Also, if anyone would be interested in playing a game of Outreach
with me, I'd be up for it!)
