There should be a Database option in the group. It must have been turned off by the Moderator.
Management > Group Settings - Web Tools Then all that'd need doing is a Database creating something like: Name: E-Mail: Game: Date Added DD/MM/YY: If you keep the fields to one entry (rather than typing a list of games in the Game 'field') you can then organise all the entries alphabetically.
