If your going to play ASL then VASL is a must, VASL combined with Skype is almost like playing face to face. Granted you do have to have a bit higher computer standards. I myself have got VASL to work just excellent with 1 G of ram and 120 g hdd. VASL is the only really good way to play ASL.
I don't think you'll find many players that want to play SL anymore let alone play it on CB. Not a knock against CB, but VASL was specifically designed to play ASL. Just my 2 cents Regards~ Don Lazov ----- Original Message ---- From: Wizard Master <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: [email protected] Sent: Friday, June 13, 2008 6:23:37 PM Subject: [CBML] Squad Leader I realized that this has been discussed in the past but does anyone have a gamebox for Squad Leader? I tried to use the VSQL but it became very unresponsive and I had to terminate the Java through Windows Task manager. Also it seems rather complicated (VSQL and Vassal). Cyberboard is more user friendly and I think better suited for boardgame play via email.
