How were they shipped? I know UPS does a really good job at damage claims from personal experience. A one hundred dollar laminated map was "extracted" from its shipping tube by the conveyors at UPS and it was damaged by this process. I called UPS, then the game company. By the time I hung up the phone with UPS and called the game company about it UPS had already called them about the claim and authorized them to ship me another one.
