I don't get the same results with wine under Fedora 8.  That's a
shame, however I am having much more luck using a windows virtual
machine.  There are a number of advantages and disadvantages to this
approach, but the program runs very much like a native application
under the VMM/KVM.  All the menus work fine this way.

I would recommend this method to others who can't get it to run any
other way.  The VMM is a little slow, but CB does not seem to be a
resource hog so it runs just fine.  The size of the window is an
issue, but that is an issue for VMM.
